With this package, we will begin working with you the month before the wedding. We will provide essential services needed to ensure a flawless wedding day and give you peace of mind.
This experience includes:
- Preparation of final itinerary; timeline for Rehearsal, Ceremony and Reception
- Unlimited meetings, emails, faxes and phone calls necessary to plan and evaluate all wedding details
- Confirmation of all previously contacted vendors; Each vendor is contacted and timeline is gone through line by line pertaining to each vendor’s specific contracted services
- Rehearsal coordination and instruction
- Collection of items at rehearsal to be brought and set up on Wedding Day such as candles, photographs, guest books, pens, favors, cake serving set, ceremony programs, toasting glasses, menu cards, place cards and table names/numbers
- On-site management of Rehearsal Dinner (optional)
- Wedding Day Emergency Kit
- Hair, make-up and manicure arrangements for bride/bridal party
- On-site management of Ceremony and Reception
- Distribution of final payments and gratuities to vendors
